Embark on a delightful adventure across the hilltop with the Penang Hill Festival 2026 (PHF2026) Stamp Rally — a story-driven exploration designed for visitors of all ages, in collaboration with Elsiewithlove!

You will receive a beautifully illustrated postcard at the PHF2026 Info Counter to begin your journey across several iconic locations on Penang Hill. Along the way, search for unique stamps inspired by the landmarks and rich biodiversity of the Hill, while following the charming story of Tupai (the Black Giant Squirrel) and Kakpoot (the Potted Plant), two adorable characters exploring Penang Hill together.

Those who successfully complete the rally will receive a limited-edition Visit Malaysia 2026 mascot keychain*, proudly supported by Tourism Malaysia. Be sure to join us and immerse yourself in the wonders of Penang Hill!
