Talk & Walk: Crag Heritage Trail

Travel back in time and uncover the stories hidden within The Crag. Built in the mid-19th century, this historic gem has worn many hats — from a sanitarium to a hotel, then a boarding school — and has even starred in international productions like “Indochine” (1992) and the British TV series “Indian Summers” (2015).

Join us for a nostalgic 3-km walk along the Crag Heritage Trail, where every path and corner echoes with the whispers of history. Along the way, expert guides from NatureWalks@Penang Hill and guest speaker Alexis Kerr will bring the past vividly to life through fascinating stories.

For Uplands alumni, this is a rare chance to revisit your alma mater, rekindle treasured memories, and rediscover the timeless charm of Penang Hill.
